Return & Refund Policy

At SKYWAY LIGHTING INDUSTRIES, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns (If Applicable)
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns not accepted for items damaged by misuse or electrical faults.
2. Warranty Replacements
All our LED bulbs come with a 1-year hassle-free warranty. If your bulb fails under normal use within the warranty period:
- Email us at hoskyway@gmail.com with a photo/video of the issue, invoice, and order ID.
- We will process a free replacement with door-to-door delivery.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock, undelivered, or approved upon return.
- After inspection, we will confirm approval and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items bought on clearance or with heavy discounts
- Customized or bulk orders (unless defective)
- Used, broken, or misused products
5. Bulk Buyer & Dealer Policy
For shopkeepers, retailers, and distributors:
- Warranty replacements are honored as per our bulk deal policy.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and are subject to inspection.
6. Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at hoskyway@gmail.com. We will arrange a return pickup or guide you through shipping back the product.
Return shipping costs (except for warranty issues or company errors) are the buyer’s responsibility.
